Exclusively for dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeons (MD/DDS or MD/DMD) eligible for both Alabama medical and dental licences; current AACS facial requirements also apply.

Published application route
Use the centralized AACS application and match agreement. The scheme's July 2027 / January 2028 match is complete; further applications go only to open programmes. Confirm vacancies with the AACS fellowship manager. This is a separate process from SF Match.
