Institution, hospital, university, government and recognized professional-society pages are preferred. Aggregators may help discovery but do not establish a listing.
Unknown stays unknown
Missing salary, visa, deadline or position data is labelled clearly. Old deadlines remain historical and never roll forward automatically.
Entities need evidence
Faculty pages require an attributable programme relationship and official profile. Country, city and subspecialty pages must connect to useful programme records.
SEO follows usefulness
Search filters are not indexable. Country–subspecialty combinations require at least two verified profiles, preventing scaled thin pages.
