Teo graduated from the National University of Singapore and subsequently trained at Mass Eye and Ear/Harvard and Severance Hospital, Yonsei University. Her clinical interests include paediatric and adult ptosis, ophthalmic plastic and orbital reconstruction, and lacrimal surgery.
